The Urban Rebounder Series Compilation 1 consists of 6 workouts: First Timers, Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, Senior basic break dance move and Abdominal. Available on VHS or DVD. First Timers Urban Rebounding is a mixture of instruction basic break dance move and a short workout. The workout is designed for people who have never been on the Urban Rebounder. The participant will still break a sweat. Length: 28 minutes. The Basic Urban Rebounding workout is a beginning level workout. The participant will become familiar with the Urban Rebounder basic break dance move and learn the 7 core moves. The core moves are then combined in an add-on workout sequence, followed by sports specific moves. Length: 39 minutes. The Intermediate Urban Rebounding workout is a 45 minute workout that combines the basic core postures with intermediate hi-low moves basic break dance move and sports specific exercises. Length: 57 minutes. Advanced Urban Rebounding is an intense cardiovascular workout that combines all postures from the First Timers, Basic basic break dance move and Intermediate. The workout also includes many directional changes basic break dance move and new postures. Length: 39 minutes. Oldies but Goodies Senior Urban Rebounding is a fun basic break dance move and effective workout for seniors or individuals that are deconditioned. The workout uses the stabilizing bar, giving people an added balancing device. Length: 30 minutes. Abdominal Urban Rebounding is an intense abdominal workout done entirely on the Urban Rebounder. The soft surface of the Urban Rebounder makes the Abdominal program a whole lotta fun! This workout is a challenge. Length: 23 minutes.

The Urban Rebounder Series Compilation 2 consists of 4 workouts: Box basic break dance move and Bounce, Dance Bound, Core Bound basic break dance move and Hip Hop Bound. Available on VHS or DVD. Box basic break dance move and Bounce is all the boxing you love without the impact to your joints. Take the upper body postures of boxing basic break dance move and kick boxing basic break dance move and add the lower postures of the Urban Rebounding Core Moves to make a powerful cardiovascular workout! Length: 35 minutes. Dance Bound combines easy to follow dance moves with traditional Urban Rebounding Core Postures. The warm-up introduces a fun jazz style routine. The participant will move from the basic bounce through a series of show stopping dance like moves, all done entirely on the Urban Rebounder. Length: 40 minutes. Core Bound is a challenging workout that uses the Urban Rebounder as a tool to develop better balance basic break dance move and coordination. Most postures are Pilates based basic break dance move and are done on the Urban Rebounder. Length: 45 minutes. Hip Hop Bound is a funky cardiovascular workout on the Urban Rebounder. The workout will take some of the core Urban Rebounding Core Posture to the next level with urban flair. Length: 21 minutes.
