Urban Rebo Series - Comp 2

The Urban Rebounder Series Compilation 2 consists of 4 workouts: Box dance move rap and Bounce, Dance Bound, Core Bound dance move rap and Hip Hop Bound. Available on VHS or DVD. Box dance move rap and Bounce is all the boxing you love without the impact to your joints. Take the upper body postures of boxing dance move rap and kick boxing dance move rap and add the lower postures of the Urban Rebounding Core Moves to make a powerful cardiovascular workout! Length: 35 minutes. Dance Bound combines easy to follow dance moves with traditional Urban Rebounding Core Postures. The warm-up introduces a fun jazz style routine.
